Chandra Tal is a high altitude lake which is located in Lahaul and Spiti, Himachal Pradesh, India. It is about 4,300 m above the sea level. It is located about 6 km from Kunzam Pass (which connects Lahaul and Spiti.)
It is surrounded by snow and scree. Chandra Tal has a circumference of about 2.5 km. It is the major source of river Chandra.[1]
