Chain of Lakes Park is a baseball field located in Winter Haven, Florida. The stadium was built in 1966 and holds 7,000 people. Originally it was the spring training home of the Boston Red Sox (1966-1992). It served as the spring training home of the Cleveland Indians until March 27, 2008, when their last game was played in the stadium. The long term future of the ballpark and facility is in doubt as its location on Lake Lulu is becoming more valuable for commercial and residential development. The Indians are expected to move their spring training operations to the new ballpark opening in Goodyear, Arizona in 2009.
