Chad Kolarik (born January 26, 1986 in Abington, Pennsylvania) is a professional ice hockey right wing. He is currently a prospect for the Phoenix Coyotes.

Kolarik went to Our Lady Help of Christians grade school, where he ran track and ran a 5:21 1600m. Kolarik attended the University of Michigan. The 2007–2008 season was his senior year with the Wolverines. Chad current plays for the San Antonio Rampage of the American Hockey League.

Kolarik also attended La Salle College High School as a freshmen, he was named to the All-Breakaway freshmen team. He also played for the U-17 and u-18 U.S. NTDP and lead the team u-17 team in scoring.
