CEVA Logistics ("seeva") is a logistics company, formerly known as TNT Logistics, which was a division of TNT.

On 2 August 2007 CEVA announced the completion of its merger with Houston (U.S.) based EGL (Eagle Global Logistics), which was rebranded to CEVA on 30 November 2007.[2] The two companies had a combined annual revenue of 6.3 billion EURO in 2007 and employ more than 54,000 people with operations in more than 100 countries.[3]

On 23 August 2006 TNT N.V. announced that it has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement to sell its logistics division to Apollo Management L.P., a U.S. private equity firm.[4] The new name and logo were announced on 12 December 2006.

CEVA designs, implements and operates complex supply chain solutions on a national, regional or global scale for medium to large enterprises. Through its freight forwarding unit, CEVA provides air and sea freight services within an international network. CEVA exploits technology to achieve optimization, integration and visibility throughout the supply chain. The company focuses on a diverse range of market sectors including automotive, tyres, electronics, fast moving consumer goods/retail, industrial and publishing and media.
