[edit] Libertarian Party ballot access
The Arkansas Libertarian Party does not have ballot access for 2008, only the LP's presidential candidate. since the ballot access section lists states the Libertarian Party is on the ballot I removed Arkansas from the list, but made mention of the parties presidential ballot placement (with references) at the bottom of the section. Thank you for taking an interest in ballot access but rather then label states as "on deck" which means nothing to most people, I suggest you check out the site Ballot Access News. The site maintains an in depth chart on third party ballot access as well as reports on the status of the various lawsuits filed by third parties or coalitions representing them (Coalition For Free and Open Elections). I also created a seperate section under ballot access for states where the parties presidential candidate is on the ballot but the party as a whole is not. please in the future reframe from removing referenced information unless your replacing it with more up to date referenced information. I'm sure your edits were done in good faith but some people might consider it vandalism, to remove referenced info and replace with info that is both inacurate and unreferenced. Changes in ballot status are widely reported in statewide news and number of non-partial sources are available, the LP website is obviously partisan and sometimes can be misleading.
