[edit] Llais Ceredigion and Non Party Independents

Is it possible to create a meta template for Llais Ceredigion and Non Party Independents (i.e candidates who are not members of a party and don't carry a party description on the ballot paper). As Llais Ceredigion were described in some media outlets as Independent Plaid Cymru, could I suggest a combination of the Independent and Plaid Cymru colours and for the Non Party Independents a darker version of the Independent colours.
