Ceridian Canada

Ceridian Canada is a payroll services provider headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The company also provides HR management, employee assistance programs (EAP), recruitment, staffing and training.
Ceridian purchased Comcheq, a Winnipeg computerized payroll provider in 1997. The name was changed to Ceridian Canada and became part of Ceridian world-wide operations. Ceridian has its world headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The Ceridian Corporation itself is a descendant of Control Data Corporation.
In 2007, Ceridian was named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers, as published in Maclean's magazine, the only HR services company to receive this honour.[1]
