Hi. Wouldn't this entry be better at Brazilian Central Bank? This would appear to be a more normal form by which the institution would be addressed in English. This being the English-language encyclopedia, we should minimize articles with titles in other languages. The present name, in Portuguese, would be better as a redirect page to the entry in English (which would be done automatically when the page is moved). Thoughts?
