The "Admiral Braz de Aguiar" Instruction Center (abbreviated in Portuguese as CIBA) is one of Brazil's two Merchant Marine Academies. Located in Belém, Pará, it nonetheless attracts students from all over the country and even from other South American countries. The Brazilian Navy supports this institution.
