Centro Nacional de Arbitrajes

The Centro Nacional de Arbitrajes (National Arbitration Center or "CNA") is a private institution created by Chilean lawyers, which purpose is the administration of arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution processes, as well as the promotion of arbitration in Chile.
The CNA was organized in Santiago, Chile on 2007.
Its Superior Counselors are Mr. René Abeliuk M. (Civil Law professor at Universidad de Chile), Hernán Álvarez G. (former President of the Supreme Court of Chile), Davor Harasic Y. (President of Chile Transparente, Chilean chapter of Transparency International), Claudio Illanes R. (professor at the Universidad de Chile Law School), Raúl Lecaros Z. (professor at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile Law School, Carlos Olivos M. (partner of Guerrero Olivos Novoa y Errázuriz), Eulogio Pérez-Cotapos G. (partner of Cariola Diez y Pérez-Cotapos), Claudio Undurraga A. (partner of Prieto y Cia), and Arturo Yrarrázaval C. (Dean of the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile).
