Central Catholic High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in Grand Island, Nebraska. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Grand Island.

Central Catholic is a member of the Nebraska School Activities Association. They have won the following NSAA State Championships [2]:
- Boys Football - none (Runner-Up - 1976, 1979, 1983)
- Boys Baseball - none (Runner-Up - 1970)
- Girls Golf - 1999, 2000
- Boys Tennis - 1963, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1998, 2002
- Girls Volleyball - 1981, 1987, 1988, 1992, 1993, 1994, 2005, 2007 (Runner-Up - 1982, 1984, 1995, 1996, 2002, 2006)
- Boys Basketball - 2000
- Boys Wrestling - 1982
