Center Township covers an area of 25.09 square miles (64.98 square kilometers); of this, 0.1 square miles (0.25 square kilometers) or 0.38 percent is water. The streams of Boots Creek, Deer Creek, Lugar Creek, Massey Creek and Walnut Creek run through this township.
