Centaurus High School (CHS) is a secondary school located in Lafayette, Colorado, and part of the Boulder Valley School District.

For the school's first 30 years the attendance area for Centaurus High covered Lafayette, Louisville, Superior, and parts of Erie. In 1998 Monarch High School was opened near the Louisville/Superior border to relieve severe overcrowding at Centaurus. Most Louisville and Superior students transferred to the new school leaving Centaurus as one of the three smallest traditional high schools in the district.

Centaurus is one of the most ethnically diverse high schools in the Boulder Valley School District, with one-third of the students registered as non-Caucasian.
