[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:AddressingNation.jpg
Image:AddressingNation.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] WP:ANI
If anyone is interested, I started a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Cemal_G.C3.BCrsel_needs_more_eyes about the images in the article (and especially the user comments). It would much more helpful to comment there than to keep replacing this talk page with nasty diatribes. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 02:00, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
I concur with the above raised concerns over inconsistencies. I tried to fix them but if there is further clarification needed, please advice for further corrections. That will be much appreciated. I could not understand what the issue with the sound file was but if anyone can guide here, that would be also great.

- Well, personally, I'm a little concerned with you simply changing the license at Image:InErzurum.jpg from GFDL to PD. Those are vastly different licenses and only the original author of the image can do that. I mentioned the same concern at WP:PUI over Image:WithACadet.jpg. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 06:02, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
Hi. I actually need your help for those Cemal Gursel related images' clarifications at the discussion board (/* WP:PUI */ )because I frankly did not see the problem. Because I am not well versed with Wikipedia and your concerns I am sure are very to the point, I just need your pointing out what exactly is the concern for those 3 images that appears to be in public domain freely. Thanks fo ryour consideration and guiding on this which I believe has been very useful to the article's quality as well. Could you let me know here or your talk page or the article discussion page? [edit] Introduction
I removed "statesman and a soldier" and "political leader" from the introduction because there were all duplicative. By saying that he was an "army officer", a "soldier" is implied. By saying that he was the President of Turkey, he is by implication a "statesman" and a "political leader." -- Ricky81682 (talk) 05:23, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
