Who says the injection is painful and you cant use your leg for 3 hours? That is a strong statement not to be sourced. I never heard that anywhere. --- ok (update) I went and had the injection and it was quite painful (was on here the day before researching it)...I made the details a little more clear about this since it is literally nowhere on the internet. People should be prepared!!
