Cedric Darnell Woodard (born September 5, 1977 in Bay City, Texas) is a former American football defensive tackle in the NFL. He played from 2001 to 2004 for the Seattle Seahawks. He was originally drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the 6th round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He played for the Texas Longhorns in college.
