[edit] English in Belgium

Why have you deleted the reference to English in Belgium? - You say that because English is spoken "everywhere" it isn't worth mentioning. Talk about an *assumption*! Do Afghanistanis speak English like Belgians now speak English? Of course not! - I think ignoring a important social trend towards the use of English in Belgium is wrong. I also suggest you not discount all references to English in Belgium out of hand labelling them POV. Observations of the use of language in Belgium are relevant and important, especially in a encyclopaedia like Wikipedia. - No-one is making a political judgement for or against Dutch or French use in Belgium (or indeed German); it's about the fact that many Belgians now use English and watch English broadcasts on a daily basis. It is also important because there are those outside Belgium who will want to know this important fact!
