Ceber is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kotla, within Głogów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 5 km (3 mi) south-west of Kotla, 9 km (6 mi) north-west of Głogów, and 98 km (61 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
