[edit] Wally Boag
Once again welcome and thanks for expanding the article on Wally Boag. I think expanding existing articles is very important because a long articles is usually much more helpful than a tiny stub, so your work is much appreciated! Here's a few hints on Wikipedia's house style (see WP:MOS) and a few rules that are relevant to the work you've done so far.
- Please tag the images with image copyright tags and provide detailed information on where you got it and if it's tagged as {{fairuse}}, please provide a reasoning as to why the image in question is essential for the article and why there's no free alternatives. This is essential. Images without this information will be deleted, because Wikipedia strives to adhere to copyright law. (see Wikipedia:Uploading images for more info).
- You appear to have used the Disney Legends page as a source. In general, pages you've used to get information to write the article need to be in a == references == section along with any books you've used as well.
- The subject of the article needs to be bolded in the lead section of an article.
- And finally, don't be afraid to create more internal links.
I'll make some edits to the article to show what I mean. I hope you'll stick around. - Mgm|(talk) 19:16, 2 November 2005 (UTC)
Template:Tnull:helpme May 21, 2008 Editing the article "Pibgorn (Webcomic)", I added the titles of the 8 story arcs and a link to an external Pibgorn tribute page, but every time I link to the article from an external site, the previous iteration (sans story arcs) shows up. I can only see the latest version by going to the History page and clicking "article" again. And I've thoroughly flushed all my caches. Is something flaky with the article?
- What do you mean "every time I link to the article from an external site"? Also, remember to sign your posts using four tildes (~~~~) please! :) Cheers, Master of Puppets Call me MoP! :) 05:10, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
For example, if I'm out at a random page on the web, go to the Wikipedia home page, and search for "Pibgorn (Webcomic)", I will see the old iteration until I click on the "article" tab once again. Once I've done that, I can poke around inside Wikipedia and always come back to the latest version. If I leave Wikipedia again and come back in through the main gate, it's the penultimate version that I see. That's why it seems very odd. Thanks for answering... ccdesan (talk) 16:50, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
