This image is taken from the CBeebies TV Series "Becky and Barnaby Bear". The image is copyright, however it is believed that the usage of this image falls under fair use, since: it represents a very small portion of the work; and, its use does not detract from the works value. It is used to illustrate a particular television programme, and to differentiate it from other, similarly named, works.
