I just changed her birth year to 1925 from 1928, but there does seem to be some disagreement about which is corerct. The official website lists 1925 which is what I have gone by. --Wspencer11 (talk to me...) 15:01, 21 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Armenian composer

She used Armenian folk songs to compose music and she is of Armenian origin. That makes her an Armenian composer. VartanM 23:19, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
