[edit] Name

There are also cathedrals by this name in Jackson, Mississippi and Wells, England, to name two. In keeping with the style used for most cathedrals, this really ought to be moved to Cathedral Church of Saint Andrew, Honolulu. Rockhopper10r 2 July 2005 21:43 (UTC)

I went ahead and moved this. Although the exact name (Cathedral Church of St. Andrew) may be slightly different from other cathedrals named for St. Andrew, this building is not well-known enough outside Hawaii for it not to have the city name in its title without potentially creating confusion.
