Fair use in The Avengers (TV series) to illustrate the principal characters in the second and third series of the series. No free media appears to exist, or can now be created, to illustrate these actors in the roles of the characters they played in 1963. Significantly illustrates the costumes of these series (which differed significantly from the look of later series), and does not interfere with the company's ability to commercially exploit the series itself.

Fair use in Kinky Boots (song) to illustrate the actors who sang the song in the roles which the song (which was a promotional production related to the series) refers to. No free media appears to exist, or can now be created, to illustrate these actors in the roles of the characters they played in 1963. Significantly illustrates the costumes of these characters, notably the "kinky boots" referred to, and does not interfere with the company's ability to commercially exploit the series or song themselves.
