[edit] History
Catholic Church, Inc. was begun with the consecration of Joseph Daniel Finnegan as a Bishop on November 4, 2005. The church is an affiliate of the Old Catholic Church in North America. It has three parishes in the United States - All Saints in Tallahassee, Florida, Holy Angels in Winter Park, Florida, and St. Francis in Danbury, Connecticut. They also minister at several oratories in those locations. The Bishop also serves as Bishop Protector of an ecumenical fraternity of men and women called the Companions of Saints Francis and Dominic.
