Cathedral are an American progressive rock band which has released one record, Stained Glass Stories, in 1978 [1]. It is sometimes cited as an influence of Änglagård's classic Hybris.[2] [3] [4]The members of this band are-Fred Callan (four, five, eight string bass guitars, Taurus bass pedals, backing vocals) -Paul Seal (vocals) -Mercury Caronia IV (drums, gongs, bells, various electronic percussion, and backing vocals) -David Doig (electric and acoustic guitars), -Tom Doncourt (mellotron, other keyboards, theremin, percussion, and flute).
They reformed in 2003, and have released new material on their MySpace site. [5]
