Anyone know that the dolls are saying in Japanese on the X68000 and Japanese Chronicles games? Buzda 03:08, 19 February 2006 (UTC)

"Also, in the Japanese version, the dolls in the Tower of Dolls spoke random creepy Japanese ("yamete!" which means "stop!", amongst others.) These were hacked out of the American release for no good reason."
From The Castlevania Dungeon. Here.--Kaonashi 03:59, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
Thanks! I knew it was on that site somewhere. Buzda 09:26, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
No problem, sir.--Kaonashi 07:08, 21 February 2006 (UTC)

They also said something else in Japanese when they first appear on screen that was edited out. Do you know what that was? Buzda 22:52, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] This page should eventually be split into two separate articles

I've been contributing a considerable amount of information to this article lately, and I think it should soon be split into two- Akumajō Dracula (X68000) and Castlevania Chronicles. Yes, I know Chronicles is virtually the same as the original game but with added features, but there are many other game updates that have their own wiki pages. I mean look at Rondo of Blood, it's being updated as Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles, yet they still have their own separate pages. I think a page separation would also further help with the confusion within this current article when referring to "Akumajō Dracula", which can mean the original Castlevania game for the Famicom/NES or Castlevania for the X68000. What do everyone think?Buzda 04:31, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
