[edit] Requested move

The following discussion is an archived discussion of the proposal. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the proposal was move to Case Closed: The Time-Bombed Skyscraper, per the discussion below. Per many articles sometimes referred to as "the movie", I have left that out of the title in this case. Dekimasuよ! 03:15, 21 November 2007 (UTC)

Detective Conan: The Fourteenth Target → Case Closed the Movie: The Fourteenth Target — According to the precedent in Talk:Case Closed#Requested move, all names in this series should use the English dub version if available. FUNimation has released this movie for a year under the proposed name ([According to the precedent in Talk:Case Closed#Requested move, all names in this series should use the English dub version if available. Any additional comments:

The whole category uses this naming structure. Have any of the other movies been released in dubbed versions? Dekimasuよ! 03:04, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Movies 1 (Detective Conan: The Time-Bombed Skyscraper, now on a similar RM request) and 2 (this) are dubbed.--Samuel di Curtisi di Salvadori 04:42, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Plot Section and Copy/edit

I currently started writing the plot section, but I do need some help on that. So please if anyone is free and has seen the movie, a little help would be nice. I've seen this movie tons of times, but I forget a few things. Also this whole artcile needs a good Copy-edit. There are many errors (although no ones fault) and many problems. Some parts may even need a re-write entirely. Any help would be nice. Thanks in advance. - Prede (talk) 03:15, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Playing Card Symbols Wiki-Chart

I created a chart to orginize this data, as it would be confusing in any other way. I need some help filling out this chart though. I have most of it filled in, but there's still some gaps, and probally a mistake or two. Help ? Thanks in advance ^.^ - Prede (talk) 03:15, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

Just... be careful with your spelling. Jimmy's girlfriend does not have the last name of Ray.--Samuel di Curtisi di Salvadori 15:50, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Card numbers

Prede, thanks for your writing a list of how card numbers relate to the characters. However, due to the change of names in the English adaptation, the relationship is different from that in the original. I am adding those Japanese bits. --Samuel di Curtisi di Salvadori 02:27, 28 April 2008 (UTC)

WoW thank you. I was going to suggest we do something like this. When I was looking up some of the connections they seemed different to me, then I relized the japanese ones are different then the english ones. Some of the ones I put up there were acually the japanese versons, not the english ones. Watch out for that. - Prede (talk) 02:55, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
Dealt with. --Samuel di Curtisi di Salvadori 03:27, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
Thank you very much for doing all that work! I know your very busy, but thanks a million! Nice job, the chart looks great ^.^ - Prede (talk) 03:58, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
The next thing to do, IMO, is shortening the plot section-- it is too long for a synopsis.. I think this is easy to do for you?--Samuel di Curtisi di Salvadori 04:52, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
I didn't finish writing it yet. I was going to finish writing it, then cut it down. Once I finish I will start to shorten it I think. But I wanted to just write everything out first. - Prede (talk) 19:23, 28 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] To Do List

  • Make all the names consistent to the english dubed verson in the story plot part (and other sections)
  • Fix any errors in the plot(grammar/typos, spelling ), format etc.
  • Shorten plot, and/or brake it up a bit
  • Possibly add a picture to the plot? [important scene(s)]
  • Production section possibly?
  • A reception section and lots of info
  • Add some sources

Just some ideas. No rush. I'll work on this eventually. Most important is fixing the errors and the names. After that we can take our time. - Prede (talk) 03:56, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
