Castleconnell railway station serves the town of Castleconnell in County Limerick. The station only has two trains a day at present. The town of Castleconnell is quickly becoming a commuter town and a commuter service from Limerick to Castleconnell is to start on 1st September 2008.
The station opened on 8 August 1858.[1]
