Castello d'Argile is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bologna in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 20 km north of Bologna. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,520 and an area of 29.1 km².[1]
Castello d'Argile borders the following municipalities: Argelato, Cento, Pieve di Cento, Sala Bolognese, San Giorgio di Piano, San Giovanni in Persiceto, San Pietro in Casale.
