Casino is a wholly Cuban dance developed during the mid and late 1960s in Miramar, Havana. It is a form of what we now call "Cuban Salsa" as distinct from New York style or Los Angeles style.
Dancers from Regla first created the Casino Ruedas in the Patricio Lumumba dance club (formerly NĂ¡utico).
