Cash (Traditional Chinese: 釐 or 厘, Simplified Chinese: 厘) is the English name for the Chinese unit of weight Li.

"Li" is the general name used by Chinese. "Cash" or "Le" have also been documented to be used by English explorers in the 1830s when trading in Qing territories of China[1].

Under Hong Kong Law, ordinance 22 of 1884, 1 cash is about 0.0013 oz. avoir.. Currently, it is 1⁄10 candareen or 1⁄16000 catty, namely 3.779936375 milligramme[2].
