Casey Family Programs is a foundation that was started in Seattle, Washington, in 1966 by UPS founder Jim Casey.
According to their web site, their mission is to provide and improve—and ultimately to prevent the need for—foster care." Casey Family Programs works with foster, birth and kinship parents to provide support and loving homes for youth in foster care.
