Casciana Terme is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pisa in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 60 km southwest of Florence and about 30 km southeast of Pisa. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,620 and an area of 36.4 km².[1]

The municipality of Casciana Terme contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Collemontanino, Parlascio, Ceppato, and Sant'Ermo.

Casciana Terme borders the following municipalities: Chianni, Lari, Lorenzana, Santa Luce, Terricciola.
