Cascades Station is a shopping center with office buildings and hotels currently under development located in North Portland, Oregon along Airport Way and I-205. It will feature a maximum of 1,325,000 square feet (123,100 m²) of office space, 1,200 hotel rooms, 400,000 square feet (37,000 m²) of retail space and a 24-screen cinema on 120-acre (0.49 km²) land. Currently their are retail stores opened at Cascades Station, such as, IKEA, Best Buy, DSW Shoes, Golfsmith, Famous Footwear, Marshall's, Home Goods, Staples, and Ross.[1] Many new stores are rumored to open their doors at Cascade Station in the future.[weasel words] Some restaurants are also open in Cascades Station such as Red Robin, Panda Express, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Taco Del Mar, and Quiznos. Other new restaurants are also rumored to open dining services to the public.[weasel words] Hotels are also underdevelopment at Cascades Station and some are set to open in the summer of 2008.
Cascade Station also has two Max Light Rail stations, Cascades Station and Mount Hood Avenue.
