Hi Carolyn, Welcome to wikipedia and thank you for taking the time to edit the encyclopedia. Since you're new here you may not be aware of some of our standards for content. We're an encyclopedia so generally content should be of an encyclopedic nature and tone, rather than magazine like. Copy and pastes of articles you have written for your website are unlikely to be appropriate as they stand. It is also inappropriate to promote your site through the inclusion of external links and your company name. We also ask for reliable sources to back up assertions. It seems like quite a lot, but please don't let it put you off editing - we can always use good editors. Taking some time to watch other editors and making smaller edits at first can be one way to build your skill set in Wikipedia editing. There is also a welcome page you may find useful.
