I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

Please do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to :Image:Demilovato.jpg. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. You explicitly stated that you didn't take this picture yet claimed ownership and gave a, by definition, an invalid free-use release. Please see WP:IUP before uploading any more pictures.
