Petras "Carney Fex" Ražanskas - a student of Applied Mathematics in Kaunas Univeristy of Technology. Most of his work up to date was connected with creating various Java applets to enhance the process of studying, however, right now Carney is involved in cryptography researches.

Carney has been an active user of Wikipedia since 2005 and has actively participated in Lithuanian Wikipedia. However, due to conflicts in Lithuanian Wikipedia community, he decided to withdraw from editing its contents.

Right now Carney is actively involved in keeping all Champ Car pages up to date, nice and tidy.
