This article original covered the character of Carmen Sandiego. It was cut-and-paste moved to Carmen Sandiego (character) about April 2. I've corrected this by moving the older history to that article. This article was not written from scratch on April 2, so shares some lineage with the other article, but the preponderance of the edits belong under the character, so have been selectively moved there.
