[edit] Greatest Colombian Player of All Time

There's no need for a citation. It is a FACT that he is and will ever be the greatest Colombian player of all time. Better than Asprilla, better than Rincon, better than Angel.

--- thats a matter of opinion, he is a great player and person (from the reality shows i've seen he is in) but he is more of a play maker. He isn't that fast and he is only really good for passing and free kicks, while Angel is more agile, great at scoring and a good play maker as well. He is ONE OF the greatest, but not THE greatest.

Carlos Valderrama is the greatest Colombian player of all times - just like Diego Armando Maradona is the best Argentine Player of all times. Valderrama exceeded at making his team mates better, he will always be an underrated legend. But at least I know just how good Valderrama really was - This guy could create problems against any team. I still remember the problems he caused Germany in the 1990 World Cup; Valderrama provided incisive passes all game long, his passing and movement was flawless.. Colombia should've won that match -however- the Colombians did not make the most of Valderrama's exceptional passing. Is Valderrama a mulatto ? He is being featured in this article, but I found no reliable source supporting this (maybe he is simply hispanic). Does anyone have a source on this ? Wedineinheck (talk) 10:10, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
