From http://cgvi.uscg.mil - caption given is "Coos Bay, Ore.(Feb 12)--Coast Guard helps avert environmental castastrophe after the bulk carrier New Carissa ran aground Feb. 4 one mile north of Coos Bay, Oregon and began to leak oil.
