Carnegie Group
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Carnegie Group brings together the science ministers and senior officials from the G8 nations and some others including the European Commission in meetings, possibly every six months or every year. The location of meetings rotates from country to country, but their existence, dates, agenda and outcome are not publicised. The reason for this is probably an innocuous desire to talk about big issues away from the spotlight. But it has led to the group becoming associated, at least by Google, with conspiracy theories formulated by the Gnostic Liberation Front.
[edit] Meetings
The next meeting is in Bath, Somerset in the UK in December 2007.
