Carlos Manuel de Oliveira Magalhães, nicknamed Litos (born 25 February 1974 in Oporto), is a Portuguese international footballer who last played for FC Red Bull Salzburg in a central defender role.
He signed with Os estudantes (the students) in 2006 after having played from 2001 in La Liga's Málaga CF (89 matches, 6 goals). He also played for Campomaiorense (1992-1993), Estoril (1993-1994), Rio Ave (1994-1995) and Boavista (1995-2001). He represented Portugal at the 1996 Summer Olympics, and was the captain of Boavista when this team won its first league title, in 2001, forming a formidable stopper duo with current FC Porto player Pedro Emanuel.
