Carlos M. Cardoso

Carlos M. Cardoso is an American businessman and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kennametal, a metalworking and tool production company headquartered in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.[1]

Cardoso was named one of America’s “Best Chief Executive Officers” by Institutional Investor Magazine in 2007.[2] He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Manufacturers Alliance / MAPI, a leading advocate for manufacturing interests, and The Stanley Works.[3]

Cardoso holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut, and a master’s degree in management from the Hartford Graduate Center.
