Carlos Alberto Borges Jayme (born June 13, 1980 in Goiânia, Goiás) is a freestyle swimmer from Brazil, who competed in two consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country, starting in 2000. A resident of Gainesville, Florida, he was a member of the men's relay team that won the bronze medal in the 4x100m freestyle in Sydney, Australia, alongside Fernando Scherer, Gustavo Borges, and Edvaldo Valério.
