Carlos Espínola

Carlos Espínola (born December 25, 1975) is a Paraguayan soccer defender who played for Cerro Porteño from Asunción in the 1990s, including Copa Libertadores games. He now plays for Deportivo Cali in Colombia Espínola played for the Paraguay national team between 2000 and 2004.

Espínola has also played club football for Libertad and Club Sport Colombia in Paraguay, and Club América in Mexico and Liga Deportiva Universitaria from Quito in Ecuador.
