Cardiac rhythmicity

Cardiac rhythmicity is the spontaneous depolarisation and repolarisation event that occurs in a repetitive and stable manner within the cardiac muscle. Rhythmicity is often abnormal or lost in cases of cardiac dysfunction or cardiac failure.
