Cardenas J. Alban

Cardenas J. Alban was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army. He was convicted of killing a 16-year-old Iraqi during fighting in Baghdad’s Sadr City neighborhood. He was sentenced to one year’s confinement and demoted to private and given bad-conduct discharge.
