Carabobo FC is a Venezuelan football team playing at the top level, the Primera División Venezolana. It is based in Valencia.

Originally founded as Valencia FC, known with that name until the 90's when they changed their name to Carabobo FC; also they decided to change the colours of the team, to the colours that identifies the Carabobo state (Vinotinto), because in the past the colors were white and green.
