This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Star Trek fan productions. Will (talk) 19:41, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Not sure if I am doin gthis right
Hi I hope I am getting to you. What information do you want for me to add our show to this page? I am sorry if I was doing something wrong before.
You need multiple reliable sources - so mentions in newspapers, magazine articles - that sort of thing. --Fredrick day (talk) 19:58, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] OK, I have appearently worked out communicating with you
So far our show has only been mentions on teh "Slice of Sci-Fi pod cast, I hope to have more as soon as we get teh first episode filmed. Can you just check out our web site? www.startrekexcalibur.com
[edit] more
All the information about our show is on the site including our current legal situtation
We really would like inclusion here, as we want to let more people know what happened to us
You website provides evidence that a website exists, it does not provide any evidence of notability. As a rule of thumb, if you produced the source, it's no use in providing evidence of notability. --Fredrick day (talk) 20:06, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
In addition to the web site there is a Message board that has date of messages that go back t0 2006, Here is the link there http://www.getphpbb.com/phpbb/index.php?sid=62c289a8b3b921af6cae5cbea8631ad8&mforum=startrekexcalib The show is also mentioned on other message boards Including: Starship Farrigut, StarShip Exeter, New Voyages & the "Save Enterprise" forums
[edit] ?
Did you receive my last message?
just now (I've been for a run - bear in mind, that we don't all spend all of our time here :-) ) - I'm afraid forum posts are not the sorts of sources we use. Also Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button
located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --Fredrick day (talk) 21:29, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
OK, Well I am not sure what to do now. We have our opening credits debuting in a few weeks and are not planning on any media blitz until the principal Photograpyh is completed on the first episode (in May hopefully) So, it there any other documentation you would accept to get our show listed on the Wikipedia? - from the sound of it, you currently don't have the types of sources that are required for a wikipedia entry. you can do one of two things 1) wait till may and try again with the coverage that occurs at the time or 2) create a version of your article here and get people to check it as you add sources - once people think it's ok we can move it to the article space. --Fredrick day (talk) 22:03, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
