I cleaned up the First Degree Murder section. There seemed to be a confusion between the elements of First Degree Murder and the 'aggravating factors' a jury can consider when deliberating on the sentence. See La. RS 14:30 and La. C.Cr.Pro. art 905.4. --Nolamgm (talk) 23:37, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
